Welcome To ELA

A quick introduction and a warm welcome to ELA. English Lighthouse Awards was born in April 2021 because for many years there was a lack of lighthouse activities on the ham bands from this country. A working awards scheme with good communication was not available any longer.

My name is Bob and my callsign is MØMJA. English Lighthouse Awards founder, awards creator, awards manager and ELA activator.

First things first, a big thank you to all the activators in the field who spend their spare time like me activating and to all the award hunters creating the pile ups that keep us all going back for more! Without both of these the awards would be impossible, so well done to everyone!
